Meditation

My yoga practice began in 2013 at the age of 16. I have since then dedicated years of my life to the exploration of my deeper questions, the meaning of life and world around me, the universe and its mysteries, and how I can heal and be of service to others. In the last 2 years, I have immersed myself in over 1180 hours of active meditation and yoga programs. I also sat for an 8 day silent-meditation program in the Spring of 2023 (which required a 4 month preparation period of spiritual practice and diet).

My meditation practice is a pillar in my day-to-day life and provides deep awareness, insight, and wisdom which I then take into every aspect of my life, including the work that I do.

Erotic Revival

4 month somatic sexual healing and empowerment journey.

“The very word erotic comes from the Greek word eros, the personification of love in all its aspects—born of Chaos, and personifying creative power and harmony. When I speak of the erotic, then, I speak of it as an assertion of the lifeforce of women; of that creative energy empowered, the knowledge and use of which we are now reclaiming in our language, our history, our dancing, our loving, our work, our lives.”

-Audre Lorde, The Erotic as Power (1978)
